Maarten has proven to be a fast learning TIBCO consultant. Starting as a developer and moved on to engineer after a year. During the time as engineer he learned to design and develop a new TIBCO Architecture and has implemented this architecture on a production platform. As part of this engineering task, he also made standard way of working for developers in work instructions, procedures and roles. Introduction of version management and training US, European and Indian personnel were also part of this function. Maarten is a team player and eager to learn new skills.
